Order Processing & Shipping
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the processing and dispatch of your order. Many orders are dispatched the same day they are received, however this cannot be guaranteed.
Your parcels are sent using Australia Post 'Parcel Post Plus' or 'Air Mail'. These have varying delivery times depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, and this business accepts no responsibility for inconvenience, loss or damage arising from delays in processing or delivery.
Unfortunately once your order is in the postal system, this business will not be held liable for damage or loss of your parcel. Every effort will be made to retrieve or replace your parcel, however replacement cannot be guaranteed. In over six years of business at our sister site (The Organic Beauty Shop) no parcel has ever been lost. Australia Post is very reliable.
This business will not dispatch any goods until payment for those goods has been received in full. Credit card payment occurs in real time while you wait. In the case of payment by bank deposit, payment is not received until funds have been cleared into the bank account. This can take from one to several days.
If payment for your order, or communication from you regarding your payment, is not received within 5 business days from the date of your order, it is assumed that you no longer wish to complete your purchase, and your order may be cancelled.

We will not accept returns if you have changed your mind about a product, or accidentally purchased the wrong one, so please order carefully.
